Blinking lights

We went to turn off the bedroom lights in our Bus but they would not turn off. Some time they were bright, sometime go to dim and other times they would just start flashing. Can I fix it? Thanks.

Sounds like you're using a reostat type switch, if so, it's time for replacement.
