If the GFI won't reset it has no power to it. GFI must have power to reset. ALWAYS start at the beginning. Check the shore power. Sounds like a dead leg. Work your way back to the main panel.
GFI has nothing to do with the AC. Sometimes microwave but it is not supposed too. Get back to us on your progres.
