Bus AV question

We have a used 2016 so we are not certain the setup is standard. Our issue is not being able to get surround sound using the antenna or streaming via internet. I called Tiffin but no wiring or setup instructions are available. Sound bar is on Optical which we think is correct. The question seems to be what is correct setup for sound on the TVs (the center TV being critical I think).

Thanks and Happy TG

Your surround system works with the center TV only. It is powered by the DVD player via an optical link from the TV. Therefore, anything on that TV will potentially have surround sound. Your DVD player has to be on, your TV volume has to be turned down, and the system volume controlled through the DVD player.

Thanks so much. This is a big help. We did not know the DVD player had to be on.

Could you please give me the proper tv setting under “advanced—-Sound”.

Again thanks and have a great and safe day.
