Don't own a Phaeton, in-laws do. Nice coaches but one thing I recommend is getting the vin and calling freightliner in Gaffney. They will give you all the info on the coach from the time it left the factory. That's assuming it's on a freightliner chassis. Good luck!
I bought a 2013 Tiffin at the RV show in Hersey PA. If I can give one good piece of advice it drive for 6 months, then bring into a good dealer and have everything fixed. After that write down everything that goes wrong and before the warranty is up. Send that list to Tiffin in Red Bay via snail male, e-mail and fax. That way you have documented all the the things that have gone bad and will be covered when you have a chance to getting them fixed after the warranty runs out. That we did and as a matter of fact we where driving into Virgina Beach and the phone rang and it was Bob Tiffin asking when we were coming up to Red Bay for a visit. Try to go to RED Bay if you can it's worth the trip
