Cable TV doesn't seem to work on my new 40IP?

We are 7 days into our new 21 40IP and we have no over the air TV. I hooked up a cable line into the wet bay "cable" socket to the Fort Wilderness (Disney) cable pedestal... flipped the "Triple Vision" switch from Air to cable nothing.... I must be doing something wrong... any advice?

Cable TV was the purpose of this post... As it has been some time since I had to connect via a Cable provider and an over the air local broadcast... now seems I think I finally figured it our... On the TV there is a selection to "scan for available channels.." It seems to be working. I will try the same for local TV over the air channels... Since we are now "mobile" this was a lesson re-learned... Thanks, Jim

You have discovered the problem Jim. Any time you change locations you will have to re-scan for available channels. Even though the channel numbers are the same from market to market, the digital signals are different.

Correct. And when you scan for channels on your TV you can choose from Analog / Digital or both.

Always scan when you change locations.

Glad you figured it out. Your 1st sentence threw us off since you specifically stated you had no over the air TV yet had CABLE selected on your panel. Definitely 2 different sources of broadcast signal.
