Characteristics of bedroom slide

Our 2012 34TGA bedroom slide seems to be out of whack. To me at least.
It goes in and out just fine but it seems to make an extraordinary lift when first coming in.
Much more so than when it was "brand" new. The front of the bed lifts dramatically and then plops down while coming in...
Anyone with a similar coach have the same or different experience?
I just had it in for warranty work and it was on the list to no avail so am I to believe all is well?

I wouldn't think that is normal operating. Have you retracted the slide to where you can look underneath(from inside)? Perhaps there is something caught or broken at that point of retraction.

Over a hundred views and nobody with a similar coach can give me a yay or nay as to whether this is normal or not?

We have a 2010 TGA and I would have to say that this is not normal. Ours moves in and out level, no up or down movement at all. I would have your dealer take another look. This is assuming both model years have the same slide hardware?

Thankyou.
That's what I thought as ours used to slide in flat as well. (I was trying to figure out if I was loosing it or not...I thought for sure ours did as well)
I'm sure the pieces parts are almost identical and should function the same.
The kicker is: This was supposedly taken care of at REDBAY when the coach was there for warranty work.PMO big time.
Seems Mr. Bob has a hard time finding and keeping good techs because a number of the issues I was assured were taken care of were not. Sad part is it makes them look like a bunch of liars as I spoke to them directly about each thing that was supposedly done. Damn!
Will be calling Mr. Bob tomorrow.
