Charging issue

2010 bus connected to 110 shore power while stored, new chassis batteries, power management shows absorb and then float charging, normal however chassis and house batteries are dead! Any ideas where the charge might be going?

Have you checked the voltage at the batteries themselves? The converter should not be showing float charge unless it senses 12.6 volts to the batteries. Maybe it's a switch or solenoid issue and not the batteries.

How long in stirage? Could have there been a power fail at the storage facility or other disruption to your coach?

Your house and chassis batteries are handled by different chargers. Unless other than Tiffin supplied charging setup installed.

If the house batteries are so low voltage the inverter/charger cannot start charging and may be providing erroneous indications.

Suggest to check what the actual voltage is and start recharging with external automotive charger.

In storage 30 days, chassis batteries 9.5 v, house 6.43v was able to jump the chassis to get started, verified shore power being 110. No modifications to the charging. Chassis batteries new June 2017
