Cool breeze

as we travel in cold weather, we have noticed a cool breeze seemingly coming from under the dash. in hot weather, our a/c ducks under the dash condensate so much the floor under the pedals becomes wet. using a shop light we found an opening under the heater and filled it. any other suggestions

You probably have outside air coming from the gen set compartment. A good point of air intrusion is the upper corners on each side near the mirrors inside that compartment. If you look up there you will see a bunch of foam sprayed in there, not done very well.
At night put a bright drop light under the dash and then go out and look in the gen set compartment.

That’s pretty standard. Seems like everyone I’ve had is like that. They do a very poor job of sealing the front cap to the firewall, that board in front of the pedals. The gap between the two allows for a lot of outside air to come in while driving. It needs to be sealed all across the front end cap. From the outside, try to seal it up under the front cap, or take the top off the dash and seal from the inside.
It’s a shame they do such a poor job.
