Coolant and jack reservoir

So had toilet issue and the tiffin people were awesome, ordered new inlet valve for 20 bucks

Then notices 2 holes in the coolant and jack reservoir on the back of the engine. Almost like there are missing bolts. Suggestion ideas?

Will engine coolant give off like a black water smell? Checked the black water tank no leaks, checked the dump valve no leaks. Toilet has good seal

Engine coolant should not be black or smell like grey or black water. Coolant tank and Jack reservoir are not the same tanks.
