Cup Holders
Ok, I know, it's pretty minor, but darn, our water glasses fall over in the cup holders in the cockpit of our 2016 Phaeton. They are simply too shallow and do not accommodate many beverage sizes. So, has anyone faced up to this monumental issue and found a solution? Replace the ones there, or perhaps inserts that give more flexibility? I've seen them on Amazon, but don't know if they will fit. Thanks.

I replaced mine a few years ago with these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0014B5TDC
They will fit down into the hole, they just leave the handle cutout empty.

Don't feel so bad, it bugs us as well.
I've been trying to find one that fits the hole, including the cup handle cut out, but is a lot deeper, with no success. Those that fit into the existing cup holder, but have an expanding base seem to be the only solution.
For now, we just found some insolated cups that fit the existing holder. Just buy a MH from Motorhomes of Texas. They throw in 2 cups that fit.

Cup Holders
Well, I'm not sure I want to lose the cup handle cutout, but needs must. I'm thinking about these if anyone has checked them out: https://www.amazon.com/rv-cup-holder...+holder+insert
Then select the 7 Sparta unit. I'm thinking the expandable is the only one to work.

I think this is a 3" PVC slip coupler although it measures 3 1/4 " ID. Still accepts most commuter cups.

I went to the website ( https://greatrvideas.com/products/tiffin-cupholder) and added two cup holders. Shipping was $6.72.

Just tried it again, I'm guessing it's because I live in Can. and when using DHL or UPS the brokerage fees can be crazy.

I'll be happy to ship them to you, at cost, if the brokerage fees would be cheaper for me to do so. (I'd be shipping them from Dallas, TX.)

Depends on what you want to stick in there. You can always cut out the bottom and replace it with PVC or something to give you some more depth. We played with ours for awhile and just found a travel cup that fits. Something like a Yeti Rambler, but the cheaper version. We stopped looking once we found the cup. The replacements being advertised here look like they're just 3D printed. That'd work too.
