Dash Cigarette Lighter Adapter

I use the Cigarette Lighter Adapter to connect my RVi Controller. Does any of you know where the fuse for it is located? The number of the fuse? Does any of you know how to access the wires that connect to it? Either the fuse is not working or a wire got disconnected.
Thank you for your help.

I’d check the circuit breakers in the basement door below the drivers seat. That’s easiest thing to check.

I did. There is no description of the numbers. Just the cards. Tiffin did not provide a relationship between the fuse numbers and the cards.

Check breakers 63 & 64. If you look at the card, on the left side is a column that says "Channel" that is the breaker number for those channels with breaker modules.

Unfortunately, it did not work. All fuses are in. I will need to check the wiring. Any idea of access. Does the lid on the back of the dash allows access to the area?

On my 2020 32iSA, the panel on top of the dash allows access to radio and some of mid dash wiring. Its sttached with velcro. A butter knife allows you th pry up a corner.

We had the same problem and I couldn't find a fuse either. I pulled the dash and there was not an inline fuse either. I put my multimeter on the wires going to the plug and low and behold I had the proper power. Bought a new plug and installed, everything is fine now. I don't think I have ever seen a plug go bad before.

Now that I type this, I wonder if the plug was really bad or if it simply didn't supply the power required to run my GPS. I don't know enough about these plugs to know if they have different power output ratings.

Might be worth throwing a meter on your wires to see if you have anything.

I can almost guarantee you that a wire has come disconnected from the cigarette lighter plug the night behind the dash. In order to get to that you have to remove both of those small drawers if there’s any there. Then remove that black plastic liner four screws. Then you should be able to reach it, can’t see it but you can reach it. I have had that happen at least two or three times.

We went through the same exercise you’re experiencing. Took them out to find they weren’t wired in.

That makes a bit of difference.

Did you remove the bezel covers on the dash?
