Dashcam Recommendations Needed

DH and I have decided to add a dashcam to our 36LA. Does anyone have a recommendation for one?

I have two, one in the RV and another in my Explorer. Both are Garmins and they have several models to choose from depending on how much you wish to spend. I generally buy my Garmins from Walmart online or Amazon.

I have them for liability reasons. That can be good or bad depending on circumstances. They are also nice to record scenery or whatever..

They also record voices in the vehicle.

One of them is also a Garmin Navigation device. It switches from camera screen to nav screen with a touch of the finger, but it records during either function.

I've been real happy with my KDLINKS X1 Full-HD 1920 x 1080 Dash Cam. Records a high quality video. Comes with a video app for PC or Mac that shows the route for each video clip, min/max speed, miles traveled and GPS coordinates for each frame. I attached a picture of the video app that shows what it displays. You can get it at Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/KDLINKS-X1-Da...ywords=kdlinks

Little pricy, but can do, all other video shooting too, and wifi remote monitor.
Canon vixia mini X.

Was also thinking Samsung 360 on the roof, but have not seen anybody do a 360 on the roof yet. Also limits other uses.

Try to buy things like this that have multiple other uses. Once done driving, grab it off the dash and use it to record memories. Fits right in your pocket.

Thank you for the recommendations. I started doing my homework, but was overwhelmed with all the offerings. This will help to narrow it down.
