Boomersooner is correct as Mr. and Mrs. Ingram are super nice. I traded in a Red last November and had ordered a Bus from M-I using Jerry Casper as the salesperson. He has been excellent. We ordered the coach the last day of Oct to beat the price increase so I don’t know why their order allocation would run out unless it was model specific. I took the Red down to MGM solo from Cincinnati. Not a bad drive with Interstate all the way. I spent the last night in the Red hooked to a 30A outlet right beside their sales building. Outside Restrooms nearby.
Our coach is projected to be ready 3/22/21, whatever that means. As someone suggested, I wouldn’t mind having an independent inspector check the coach out but don’t know of any in the MGM area.
Mr. Ingram is a super nice Southern Gentleman. Jerry has been very helpful answering questions and was able to change our interior before production started. He is working hard to bowl 300 getting within just a few pins.
My dealings with M-I has been very pleasing and satisfactory. I would recommend them.

We purchased our new to us Phaeton at Davis in March of 2020. We live in Indianapolis so when I saw the coach we wanted on line, Bill Hardy contacted me. We drive down the same week to take a look. We had a great experience at Davis. We got a fair trade in price, the coach was clean and ready and we got a very thorough walk though. I would definitely recommend this dealer!

I thank all who have posted comments about the big 3. Keep them coming! From what I gather, Davis, Sherman, and Ingram are all respectable dealerships in addition to offering some of the best prices on Tiffins. I have also spoken to Kings Campers in Wisconsin which seems like another respectable dealer, but their prices are not quite as good. Hopefully, I can make a choice depending on who has impressed me the most and not solely on who gave me the best price. All this info gives me some piece of mind going forward with a purchase. I would have never considered traveling this far for a purchase, but it only makes good sense when considering the price difference in northeast Ohio. Being retired, it should not be as inconvenient time wise to pick it up. If I had not read IRV2, I probably would not of even heard of the big 3. Thanks again

2022 Build Sheets
Hey All,
I just received my 2022 Phaeton 37BH build sheet. No prices are available yet, but that should follow in the next couple of weeks I'm told. We are excited about ordering our new Tiffin!

I purchased a2020 Allergro Bus last May at Davis in Memphis. My sales person was Janet Rash and she was great to work with during the sale. I shopped the Big three and all was within a few hundred dollars of each other so I went with Davis since it was closer to Kansas City. I drove my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Memphis and Janet arranged for a local vender to install my tow set up while I did the walk through with my coach. I stayed at a local Motel on arrival then Davis will give you a free night after delivery at a nice RV park nearby to spend a night in the Coach to try out the systems so bring bedding. I had several questions as a result so I returned to Davis the next day for answers and to fix minor things. As others have mentioned I got a 27% discount and I was pleased with delivery process at Davis. I would buy there again

Hey All,
We ordered our 2022 Phaeton 37BH today! We ended up purchasing from Davis. They were approximately $20,000 cheaper than the dealers in Tampa and Atlanta that we had quote us. We know it's going to be early summer before we get our new coach, but we are extremely excited!

We are Officially Tiffin Owners!
Hi all, We are driving home from Memphis with our 2022 Phaeton 37BH! We absolutely love the interior and are extremely happy with the quality. We had a few minor cosmetic items other than the outside touchpad needs replacing. Davis, now Great America RV and our salesman Bill were fantastic! Gary our tech spent about four hours with us going over all the systems. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend Bill and Great American RV.

Has anyone priced or purchased from GARV post the merger? Bill doesn’t give you the price anyone as the manager does and bill is the go between, like 90% of dealers out there nowadays. I can almost bet the deals are not as good as Davis was but would be interesting to see where the discounts are now

I think you should expect at lease one day at the dealer. Plan to ask a lot of questions. Have them walk you through all the procedures, from leveling, slides, dumping, filling tanks, etc.... but don't let them do it. You do all the steps. You will still walk a overwhelmed and have many question you developed on your road trip home. If they don't give you at least 3-4 hours on the operation and maintance of your MH they are doing you wrong.

My 2cents worth
Go over the coach with the dealer to familiarize you with it. Then head directly to red bay to fix any issues. While driving there you will find more, and then wile there a couple more. Factory guys are the best and you will never be closer to red bay. Jeff.
Enjoy your new baby.
