We just sent one of our day/night shades into Red Bay to be restrung. Cost us $13 something for UPS freight one way. Tiffin restrung for free & even sent the shade back to us postage paid. I've got it back on the window. Thanks Tiffin. Satisfied customer!!

Did you have to contact them first? I have 2 day/night shades that need to be restrung and this sounds like the best thing to do.

We called first because we didn't know what to do. They said to send it to them with our name & return address written on the shade. Out of sight. We took to UPS. They provided a box & did the rest. Got it back in less than a week. They have a special address to send it to.

We purchased 98 allegro 39' diesel last year and we love it. It sounds tooo good to be true. I need a couple of my day night shades restrung. Would you happen to have the phone number or address to ship the blinds out.

I sent 2 of my blinds back to Tiffin last week. The service department said it will take 2-3 week to get them back to me which was fine. Here is where Tiffin Service told me to send them:
Send shade to:

Tiffin Motor Homes
C/O Jonathan or Billy
904 Gates Street
Red Bay, AL 35582

Be sure to include a note in the shipment box on where to ship them back to and what they are out of.

Fantastic! Thnx for yor response. Sounds easier than trying to match the blinds as well, even if I bought new ones.
