It is with the other switches on the driver's side. I can't tell you exactly where it is on your model but it is most likely to the right of your steering wheel.

Hi Ho: I'm not sure if this applies to your 05, but our 06 is wired so that the docking lights require the key to be on. I believe this is a mistake that is easily corrected. There are two power buses in the DS forward compartment. Just find the docking light wire and move it to the bus that is always hot.

I do not know if it is the same but on my 05 allegro bus.

On the left side where all the switches are located staring with the dash panel and working back towards the transmission selector there are three rows of switches the first row has 4 switches. The next row back towards the transmission selector has 4 switches. The next row back towards the transmission selector has 3 switches. The docking lights are the middle switch in the row of 3.
