Blue screen usually means there's no source. So either the camera is bad or the wires going from camera to display are bad
The techs probably disconnected the cable inside the genset compartment. ItS usually tucked up in the upper corners. Unless they removed the mirror, then there’s another connection in the arm accessed by removing the head.
I have the same problem in my 2020 Tiffin 34PA. How did you access the wiring harness in the mirror arm? I have tried all the connections inside the dashboard, but it's not obvious to me how to access mirror arm. I would appreciate any insights you may have.
There are connectors in the arm. The left turn marker light on the arm pops off and allows access to these connectors. I had to end up pulling slack from inside the coach to this access. Go to Velvac’s site and there Are downloadable tech sheets with detail.
