Dry camping 1st time generator has to run all the time ant get it to come on and of by itself when you try to start the coach as soon as you turn key on motorhome drops and goes to travel mode and doesn’t seem to charge house batteries help!

Well, plowboy, did you ever take an English class in school? Possibly I can help.

Dry camping, 1st time, generator has to run all the time, can't get it to come ON and OFF by itself.
When you try to start the coach, as soon as you turn the key ON, motorhome drops (off jacks) and goes to travel mode, and doesn't seem to charge house batteries, help.

If you want to communicate and get help, you may need to change your approach.

Hi - I had to go to see what coach you have, as you failed to mention that. A 2015 Allegro Bus had HWH levelers tied together with Valid air leveling. Do you have the operators manual? If the transmission is in gear the leveling system will do an emergency retract. I don't know but that could be your problem with the levelers but then the starter should not attempt to spin if in gear as the starter should be locked out. As far as the charging issue goes, I'm at a loss to explain what you are experiencing without more information. Good luck and try to explain your issue again and I'm sure some will be of help.
