Dump fresh water tank

I have a 2012 Tiffin Bus and not sure how to dump the freshwater tank. I opened the vales in the wet bay but only had a small water drainage. I run the pump and the tank will empty, is the correct procedure?

You should have two low point drains, which is what you may have opened. There should also be a larger approximate 1" PVC valve coming out of the bottom of your fresh water tank with a pipe extending out the floor of the wet bay. That's the main fresh water tank drain.
