F53 Chassis Front Axle Track Bar

Just a curious question.

This weekend a friend and I installed a Roadmaster RSSA Steering Stabilizer on our coach. Having first reviewing a YouTube video which mentioned "IF you have this track bar installed you will have to install the stabilizer attached to the passenger side of the chassis." The key word for my question would be the IF. Is this track bar an after-market item or is it stock for the F53 chassis or maybe a standard item added by Tiffin on all F53 chassis or select coach models?

A front track bar has been standard on the 18k and larger F53 chassis for some time (optional on the 16k) but not sure what year it did. Below is from the 2014 spec sheet.
