Have a 2018 37’ allegro red BH heard a running nose under the closet pulled the drawers out there was a computer fan facing under the blue ray shelf and hamper what does it do.

Cools the electronic cabinet. There might also be a switch in the cabinet that shuts off power.

Yep, that's it. There was one in our Phaeton Blu-Ray cabinet. There's a rocker switch in that cabinet that controls it. I also found out that switch had to power the HDMI splitters that go to the other TV's to be able to view what's playing on the Blu-Ray on those TV's. See this thread:
