Firefly problems

I have a 2018 37AP
I have ben useing the Mira Vegatouch by firefly, everything worked fine until March. I did a update and now the option to operate my electric slides are unoperable. I have ben emailing firefly back ad forth with no results in solving this problem.
Has anyone els experiance this issue?
My sister has a 2019 40IP and hers works fine.

I have had excellent customer service from firefly and they were very helpful when I had a couple of issues. I suggest you keep talking to them. They know their software well and how to deal with bugs. Good luck and let us know the solution.
