Fresh Water Tank Leak

I think I have a leak in my fresh water tank but want to confirm. I am finding water in the wet bay. There is no odor so it likely is not grey or black water. What are the best places to take it for investigation? We are in the southwest.

with city water connected or without? Is it clear none of the fittings at pump, filter, city water or flush connections are leaking? Photo behind the wet bay cover panel if needed. IS the leak apparent after traveling only?

The point being, do some investigations yourself FIRST before paying for outside help. It may be really simple as in a threaded connection which does loosen up over time and travel.

The leak happens with and without city water connected. I had the fresh tank 3/4 full when it was leaking and drained it down to 1" yesterday to see if still leaking, so far it has not. It seems to leak intermittently. I checked all connections and they are tight. I did notice some water on the face of the tank and pushed on that spot and water appeared at the to of the tank. All of the water seems to originate on the left. The city water does connect on the left but I don't see any evidence that is the problem. The pump is on the right and that is dry.

Update. We woke up this morning to another wet wet-bay. We have kept the water low in fresh tank. We did take showers last night so we are going to test that again today to see if the water may be coming from the shower???

Another update. When we left our campsite this morning I filled the fresh tank to 50% ish. But when I took it off the levelers it started dumping water from the wet bay. I estimate that I leaked 5-10 gallons of water. I couldn't tell where it came from.

It sure sounds like you have a crack in the tank. We had a tank go bad years ago in a 5th wheel. When the tank was full it would leak quite a bit but as the amount of water in the tank diminished and created less pressure the leak would taper off. I ended up pulling the tank. Not a fun job.

Drain pipe in wet bay

I had a slow leak due to the hole in the wet bay floor being in the wrong place. The drainpipe below the valve was being pushed back and flexing the threaded connection into the freshwater tank causing a slow leak. I cut the hole bigger using tin snips. Pic is rotated left 90... don't know why.
