Front Window Night Shade Issue

All,
I was wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to manually rollup the night shade in front window. I have an Allegro 35QBA w power night shade and it will not go back up. Looking for suggestions.

When you push the control, does the shade move down? If it doesn't move at all it could be a fuse or circuit breaker. On most power shades the roller is mounted in a bracket that is attached to a rail, the rail is held in place by spring clips and the shade, rail, and mechanism can be remove in one piece. Push or pull on the rail and it should unsnap from the spring clips, detach wires and the mechanism should come down. Then hook up 12v to the wires and see if the motor will wind them up. If the motor now works, that points to fuse, wiring, or switch problem.

Tom,

I suggest you go over to Tiffin RV Network and ask your question there. Someone who has had that problem and has a fix for it will be able to help you.
