Cool Furniture leather problem

We recently purchased out Phaeton 40 QBH, only 43K miles on it, we love our home away from home, but we have an issue with the seam lines on the sofas coming apart. has anyone had this issue & how to repair or replace?
Thanks!

What year coach is it? Surprised the stitching failed. Only thing I can think of is to remove the covering and have a local furniture place restitch it.

Is that Flexsteel or Villa sofas?

I believe they have exited the rv furniture business. They still make furniture for homes

We purchased a 2015 40QBH in June 2020. I know the front seats and couch were recovered. The leather on the recliner began to fail shortly after we purchased it so we replaced with a Fjord recliner. Not sure who paid for the replacements, owner or Tiffin/Flexsteel.

Rec-pro

After hours of investigation, we finally discovered the original flexsteel furniture was replaced with Rec-Pro. Rec-Pro has a 2 year warranty, both Jack knife sofas were made in July 2020. Warranty applies to original purchaser only. All this said, the dealership where we purchased our coach was nice enough to reach out to the previous owner, then previous owner called Rec-Pro, and Rec-Pro made an exception and warrantied one of the units. Now Iím trying to figure out a way to put a real sofa bed back in the other space. So far looks like Thomas Payne is most affordable option. Anyone have any advice?
