Fuse Panel Question

Can any body tell me what the thing to the right of the fuse panel is and what it is used for? The previous owner of my Moho installed an aftermarket radio and it doesn't work when the ignition key is in the ACC position (key turned back towards the driver). The wire from the radio that is intended for the ACC position is tied to the yellow wire coming from the box on the right. I can see a fuse in the fuse panel (on the left) that is labeled "radio acc" and I assume this is where the radio acc wire should be connected. There's also a fuse labeled radio in the fuse panel accessed from the top of the dash. That's where the other power wire for the radio is attached.

I've stared at that unit in our MH wounding the same thing, lol....It looks like a relay junction. For something simple like audio, I would have your local audio shop look at it.
Sorry no answer, but I am interested in following this. Good luck!
