Does anyone know if the L-shaped couch in a 2017 Phaeton can be taken out through the door?

It looks too tall to make it around the corner and out the door.

I'm looking at replacing it with a second recliner and a table, but if I have to take the windshield out to get it out then it's not a realistic option.

If you Do NOT ant to use it anymore, Cut it up till its does fit out the door.

(There may be some screws/bolts that hold the two sections together)

I'll give you a tip, Spread a old bedsheet on the floor under the couch to catch the sawdust you will generate cutting the old couch up.

10 min start to finish.
The Reciprocating saw is the handist tool made. Use the right blade and they won't let you down.

I hope I can sell it for a few bucks if I can get it out, or save it in case I ever sell the coach.

It's also a steel frame so my little Milwaukee 19.2V reciprocating saw might file abuse complaints against me...

Yes, it has to be disassembled. We discovered that the wrong L-Shaped couch was installed in our 16 36GH Phaeton during final inspection while we were at Red Bay for the build. The technicians took the couch apart, removed sections through entrance door, unpacked the correct L-Shaped couch, brought the sections in and assembled in place. Not complicated.
