HDMI Splitter Installation on 2016 Allegro Bus.

It appears my HDMI splitters have failed due to excessive heat in cabinet. Red Bay Techs sent me two new ones. Any advise on an installation procedure before I start tearing into it. Thanks, Dennis (no TV at this time!).

You should have had a fan mounted (and switched) in that area by the factory. Try turning the fan on first when using the TVs. You might want to reverse the flow (just flip them over) so they are blowing out from the cabinet as well.

I bought new ones and installEd them in my Phaeton. When you open the cabinet door in the bedroom the panel to the right is where they are and all you do is unscrew and re-screw cables

I have a fan mounted on the cabinet as well...not switched however. Still gets very hot even with the fan.

I agree, it's always better to pull air out than to push air in. Don't understand why Tiffin doesn't understand this.
