Heated water and holding tank compartments

The spec sheet for my 2012 36la states that I have heated water and holding tank compartments. How does this work? How are these areas heated? Is it heated when I'm running the propane heater via an air duct or what?

Unless you find evidence of a small 12 v heater in the wet bay, often switched in your levels panel, it is typical to have a duct from the furnace blowing into the wet bay. If you use space heaters to save on LP, your wet bay won't be heated. Many of us use a wireless remote thermometer in the wet bay to monitor temperature. If it gets too cold, adding an 120 v incandescent light bulb can help.

Our 2014 36LA Wet Bay and Holding Tank Compartments are adjoined and heated by a furnace duct from the LP Furnace.

Yes......if your MH has two heaters, it's the rear one that heats the bay's, if one heater, then the one is ducted to your bays...
If it's below freezing and we don't want to run the rear furnace, I put a small electric heater in the wet bay, keeps it toasty on low...
