HELP —2014 Allegro Breeze 32

Friend just bought a 2014 Breeze Diesel, his first RV and everything was great Friday. Today he hAs NO house power. We checked the switch by the entry door, the chassis battery cutoff switch and main fuse immediately adjacent to that switch. We then bypassed both the switch and the fuse and nothing. The coach will start and run, the holding tank level and battery condition check lights work but nothing else. Generator is getting no voltage. I know we are overlooking something simple but can not think of or find it. Help!!

From your post, it sounds like you checked the chassis battery connections, but not the house battery connections, aside from the salesman switch. Can you hear the cut-off solenoid "clunk" when you work the salesman switch? If not, check it. Check all cable connections for the house battery bank, and look for fuses/circuit breakers as well. Don't forget to check the ground cables. All symptoms mentioned seem to be related to house power.

HELP —2014 Allegro Breeze 32

Ah ha, just dawned on me, we did NOT hear anything, now must find that relay but that is the likely culprit. Will go to work on that. House battery connections are also good, just forgot that detail.

Your house batteries are under the entry steps and there is a master breaker there. Check to see if it has tripped.
