HELP! 2015 36LA Main Slide Won't Retract

We were breaking camp at Cajun Palms Resort and the main slide won't retract. When I pushed the button to retract, it started, but then went dead. DH checked the spider control. Wires are good and everything else on the system is working. He is trying to check fuses and breakers now. Can anyone tell me exactly where the breaker is and if that fails, how to retract the slide manually? Also jacks are not working either.

According to your manual, the slide breakers are location in a storage compartment just forward of the entrance door.

Also, the jacks won't work if the slide is out.

Evidently the manual was left out of our "Blue Bag". DH found the breaker and it did not work. We are currently waiting on a mobile tech. I just wish we knew how to manually retract the slide so we could get on the way to Houston for Christmas with the grandkids. I can live with the slide in until we can get the issue solved after Christmas because I am sure most places will be closed until then.

If you have Schwintek slides this might help.

Thank you to everyone who responded. We are on the road to Houston! Mobile tech came and jumped the motor some how and got the slide to close. DH knows exactly what he did. We will live with the slide closed until we can get the part. I think he said it was a bad solenoid. The important thing is that we will be able to spend Christmas with the grand kids.

We had that problem earlier this year. A light tap on the solenoid would get it working to close the slide. I ordered replacements for both solenoids. Took about and hour or so to install the replacements. Haven't had any more problems since.

Main slide stuck

We have a 2014 36LA and I was wondering where that solenoid is located. Thanks for the info.

UPDATE

It turned out to be a loose nut on the pump relay. Thank you to Bob at Lazydays in Tampa for overnighting the two relays we thought might be the problem. Thank you to Creastview RV in Buda, TX for finding a mobile tech for us and working us into their schedule. Thank you to Cody Hilliker for finding the problem and not wanting to charge us a dime. If you are ever in a bind in the Austin area, contact Cody 512-738-4075 CodyHilliker@yahoo.com.
