Help Door Steps Not Retracting

Help! Trying to leave this morning and the door steps won't retract. We don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve & Shelley

I just had this problem last week when getting ready to hit the road, I'm not sure which step you have, I have the quikee electric step, when it got stuck I tapped the electric motor with a wrench and it retracted. I will replace the motor soon..
