Hit some tree limbs on Roof now Backup Camera not working!

I have a 2019 Tiffin Allegro Red 33AA the other day I was driving through some back streets and hit some overhanging tree limbs along the roof. Later when I started to go into reverse to backup I noticed my backup camera not working. It just Displays a blank screen. Sometimes it will show the outside mirror pics but then flips to blank again. I went up on top of the roof and couldn’t find anything loose or broken. I’m not sure what would be on the roof that could of been struck that would affect the back up camera picture. Any thoughts? Thank you.

I was able today to pull the dash camera display out and check the connection and found no obvious issues. I then went to the rear camera and took it apart and pulled the cord out and found out it wasn’t hooked up. Looked like it previously screwed into another cable which was fed down down inside the inside skin of the rv. Does anyone know how one locates the other connecting end. The camera cable was about 4’ long. I assume one gains access from behind the washer/drier area or closet? thoughts?
