How do I install Dish tuner in an Allegro 34TGA

Hi,
I have a 2011 Allegro 34 TGA and would like to install dish network tuner.
I have a Winegard RoadTrip antenna in place.
I am not sure which connection to hook the box to.

Thanks,

the antenna lead goes to sat in on back of tuner. tv out goes to sat in on distribution box. dont foreget to tune antenna to your location.
your dish book should be of some help.
good luck and enjoy.

First off, dig out your dome manual and see what the DIP switch settings will be for Dish Network. Go up on the roof, remove the cover to the dome, and set the DIP switches.

Assuming you got the bedroom TV, open the TV cabinet (flips up) and all of your cables and connections are in that area. Look for the coax cable marked Sat-Main and attach that to your sat receiver. If your receiver allows two satellite inputs, add the second sat coax as well. Connect your TV that you want to use with the sat system to the sat receiver.

Power up your antenna and let it lock on the satellites. Make sure the TV is set to the proper input source. Power up your sat receiver and run the antenna setup routine on your receiver.

The satellite input comes in in a cabinet above the passenger.
There is an antenna booster switch up there with a coax connector also.
Is that where I would plug the output of the satellite receiver?
I read in one thread that this might not work.

Thanks,

The satellite input (not the main line) should come in the cabinet above the driver's side and connect to an A/B switch (at least it does on my 2012 coach). This switches from the outside satellite antenna that connects via the wet bay to the lead that comes from the dome. There is a second coax from the dome that terminates in the electronics bay which should be in the bedroom.

The area above the passenger side contains the booster switch for your OTA antenna.

Unless the 2011's were wired different than the 2012's, you would connect your satellite receiver to your TV's via an HDMI cable or 4 wire component cable.

I suggest you stop on over at the tiffinrvnetwork.com web site. You are much more likely to run into 2011 34TGA owners who have their satellite systems running.

Thanks for everybody's input.
I had some repair work done and asked a tech to show me how.
There is the satellite input and the 5 wire connector.
I didn't see the connector because it was behind the panel and when he pulled it out it was rather obvious.
