How do I remove/access the stackable washer and dryer in my 2021 Red 33AA??
Hello all, I need to replace my water pump on my Splendide washer that is underneath the dryer inside the cabinet next to closet. Anyone know how to separate the 2 and get to the underside of the washer so I can replace the pump? I cannot get to the rear of the units through the small opening inside the closet.
Thanks
Joel

Above all, you have a 2021, maybe Splendide would honor a warranty ?
Not sure what the pump problem is, but we had a pump not draining the washer & found that it was one of those anti static lint tissues that got stuck in the washer pump impeller. Had to remove the bottom horizontal wood trim (which hides the drain access point & unscrew 2 screws to lift wood trim out), to access the pump drain (unscrew black cap) behind. Found the lint tissue wrapped around the pump impeller clearly visible & pried it it out carefully with long needle nose pliers. If pump not turning, don't use too long to avoid overheating it.
Hopefully that's your only issue ... good luck.

I had to repair our washing machine in our 34 QFA last fall. Your layout is almost identical to our layout. The main difference is our dryer is on a shelf above the washer, not directly on the washer. Hence, you will need to remove the dryer prior to removing the washer.
This is a 2 person job because the appliances are bulky, not very heavy.
Here is my take on what you may need to do.
First remove the sliding door by removing the screws on the drawer glides both top and bottom. When I replaced the sliding door, I upgraded the screws and added more as some had started backing out de to the vibrations of the coach.
Move the door out of the way.
Next remove the trim at the bottom of the washer.
Unplug the dryer and washer and unhook the water and drain hoses to the washer.
Next would be to figure out how to remove the dryer, and raise the bed to give you more operating room.
Decide where you will put the dryer once it is removed so it will be out of the way of the washer and put it there.
Our washer was tightly wedged in place and removal was not easy. I wondered how they did that when building the couch.
You may choose to build a "shelf" so when the washer is out of the cabinet, it will be off the floor making it easier to work on than if you place it on the floor.
You tube has good videos on repairing these washers so check them out.
Also Splendide company has excellent customer service, so call them. They ship quickly as well.
Reverse these procedures when the washer is repaired.
Good luck.

Thank you for your help! I called Splendide and they suspect that when the unit was winterized ( I just purchased the Red), they didn't actually run washer with antifreeze and therefore the pump is damaged. They mentioned this is common. They also said it will appear normal but under load of water, will not pump. I cannot get to the back of units to unplug or move to make more room. They appear to be connected in the back which I cannot get to. I will call Tiffin on Monday and hopefully experience the great tech customer service I hear so much about. Again, thank you very much for your help!

Update from Tiffin
I called Tiffin and spoke to a tech. As I heard, Tiffin tech help was a breath of fresh air. He advised that on my 2021 Red 33AA, the way to unlatch the dryer and washer is to remove the bottom front panel of the dryer and you will see the bracket that holds the 2 together. After removing the bracket, you should be able to remove the dryer and then the washer to access the bottom of the washer to replace the pump.
