How to clean “stuff” between dash and windshield

I have a lot of dust and stuff accumulated between the dash and windshield. How do I get it out, and keep it clean?

I can't see your picture very well, but I have the same issue. We have a portable small vacuum that has a narrow attachment that works pretty well on ours.
Thanks,

I use a cleaning gel for tight spots similar to this:

I've used vacuum cleaner attachments sold for cleaning computer keyboards.

X2 on the CA duster. I use the heck out of that thing. I've also used a Swiffer duster to get in tight places.
