HWH leveling issue

2016 RED 37PA. Need to see if someone has had this problem with HWH leveling jacks. This has happened intermittently but more so lately. We set up and put jacks down, no problem. When we are leaving and need to raise jacks, panel lights go out and neither jacks nor hydraulic slides will function. Usually, go through the usual switching of ignition key and resetting parking brake or whatever comes to mind, and after 10 or 15 minutes, the panel comes on and all works fine.
This time, though, it took an hour of fiddling about and I was finally able to raise jacks manually. The 'Travel' light came on but nothing else.
Anyone had any such gremlin?
I'm avoiding using jacks until we get in place in Las Vegas and have it checked.

check the ground for that circuit, sounds like an intermittent power/ground issue.

check the main ground to the pump assembly. the control box gets its ground thru the pump assembly. use a battery jumper cable to the coach frame and test it that way. 90 percent of all intermittent problems are bad or corroded connections. i use spray electronic connector cleaner on any connection i remove to test.

Tiffin has a habit of using a bolt that holds the HWH unit to the framing for a ground. I have found ours loose.
