Hydraulic Levelers and Slides
Does anyone have any good ideas why my level controller pad and my hydraulic slide pushbuttons do not work, the slide buttons light-up but nothing happens? I've checked all the breakers and fuses, even tried to use the the emergency override buttons on the spyder system and only the electrical slides worked. I got them to come in using a Tiffin video that I found. I have a 2016 Allegro RED 37PA.

First off, WELCOME to IRV2!
The emergency override will not operate the hydraulic slide unless the HWH system is working. Your levelers and hydraulic slide are all controlled by the HWH manifold system in your bay. There are several in line fuses connected to the manifold in the wiring. The most common failure is the 40 amp main fuse which powers everything, including the control panel. The other thing could be the master solenoid has failed to pass power. Check voltage to ground on both sides of the solenoid when the coach is in slides ready condition; brake set and ignition key on. If the voltages are not the same on both sides then then solenoid has failed. Here's a troubleshooting document that may help.

Likely the pump is not running? Fuse in panel and maybe inline at the pump. Else check power solenoid.

Sometimes, the control pad itself can go bad. It happened to me. The underside of the pad is a PCB. If all else checks out OK, this could be your issue.

Check fuses if ok, bypass the continuous duty solenoid. Then try the levelers.

I had a similar problem, so I used a meter to check power to the solenoid, but not out of it. About a $42 part that John Bohannon in Redbay fixed for me, when I was there 2 weeks ago.

Just out of curiosity, have you tried resetting the Spyder system by cutting the 12V supply to it for a minute or two? You can easily do that with the "salesman switch" near the entry door.

Hydraulic Levelers and Slides
Thanks everyone for your ideas and comments, but I think I got the correct information from Lt Dan, Thanks Dan. I've ordered a new Solenoid (Master Relay) I will have it on Wednesday this week, I'll let you know if that was the problem. I got the same info from HWH website.
