I use a few sticky traps as early warning devices. I put them where I will frequently see them, like water bay, electric bay etc. If I stay for an extended period of time the engine compartment. It the traps are clear you most likely have no invaders. We had several field mice in our coach a few years ago picked them up in Wyoming. I used sticky traps for a few days and got several no further issues.

Tried this, now have several chewed up bars of irish spring soap and everything smells like irish spring.

The Tomcat traps work the best, just have to remember to check them.

Anyone out there have any experience with this type repellent or have any suggestions that may be helpful? This must be an age old issue.
Tiffin told me that they come from the service bay. i removed the front panel and sprayed hefty amount of mice resistant foam. i also accessed the other side in the toilette by removing the cover inside the cabinets. since then, i hadnt experience mice. time will tell.

Fortunate several neighorhood cats roam through my yard and barn/RV shed area. I also have a beautiful black snake that I think lives in the bottom channel of the shed. So far no evidence of miccess in the coach.

Wouldn't it be nice if Tiffin would listen to their own advice and seal the service bay with that mice resistant foam.

Mothballs in the coach and engine compartment and a few poison traps underneath has seemed to work the past two winters for me.

I used the pepper mint oil in my old aspect. Not sure how good it worked because I had lots of droppings in that thing. No damage, but poop galore. Oddly, this year my shed out back was overrun by rodents. I walked in one day and the place stuck. I looked down and saw poop everywhere. Even worse was the urine. There is a coat of urine over everything in the shed. I still haven’t came up with a game plan of dealing with it. I set a dozen snap traps and cycled thru them a few times to clean the place out.

I am praying because they destroyed my shed they leave my rv alone. I will deploy the peppermint in the Breeze this weekend.

Knock on wood since we deployed one of these in the RV garage no more evidence of mice. The predator sounds seem to do the trick.
