This isn't a construction type modification. It is more of an aesthetic mod. The original wallpaper border in the bathroom was vinyl and on a 2007 the glue was gooing off (new word in the goo family) and the border was warping. I got regular wall paper border and adhesive and decided to replace the old border. Here are before and after pictures. So far, going down the road the corners have not stretched or cracked so this is doable!

Added camera monitors on the dash.

I thought I would send some pictures of the mods I made to my 2006 QDP for the cameras on the dash. I was not able to use the side cameras because the lag time between when the turn sign is activated and when the display comes on. So, I mounted 3 $60 tv screens on the dash to have them on full time. Each camera had a 5 pin connector and I had to figure out what wire was what. I am enclosing a picture of a hand drawn schematic that show the wire pin outs. The cameras run on 12v no problem. I used the same holes where the screws hold the dash to the chassis, just longer. I used a 1/2 inch PVC coupler as a stand off. And now when I turn on the key the screens light up and I can see all cameras all the time. The box that used to control the cameras was eliminated. More mods to come.

Added beepers to turn signals.

The problem was that I can't hear the turn signal clicker when it was on. I have driven miles with my turn signal on and it is quite embarrassing when I found that I left it on. It is almost like it was in stealth mode. The problem is that you can't hear it and the steering wheel is right in line with the turn signal display lights so you can't see the turn signal display lights. So, I solved the problem with this simple fix.

I have a 2006 Allegro Bus 40 QDP.

First I purchased a 12v beeper from Amazon. Here is the link.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Then I found the two wires that are used to display the lights on the turn signals. They are green and yellow and they are on the connector that plugs into dash annunciator panel. There is a clip there so you need to push the clip towards the center the front door as you pull the connector out. Then I went to Auto Zone and purchased some blue clip-on wire splice connectors and clipped them onto the yellow and green wires coming out of the connector.

The red wire of the beeper was connected to the yellow wire and the red wire of the other beeper was connected to the green wire. (See the second picture) I used some white and green wire as splice wire because the red and black wire on the beepers I thought were too short. You really don't need to extend the red wires at all. The two black wires were tied together and grounded to the chassis.

I found that the beepers were a little to loud so I put some paper tape on them to attenuate the sound a bit.

Now I can actually hear the turn signals when they are on and never leave them on for more than a few seconds. I have enclosed some pictures and a link to video so you can enjoy. Cost of the project was under $10 dollars. Time it took to install, about a half an hour. No more embarrassing moments rolling down the highway. Call me with questions if you like.

I posted this information in another forum but please don't delete it. It has some technical information that should be displayed in both places. Thanks

Here is the wiring for the camera end. It is a 6 pin connector and it can be stripped back to expose the individual wires.

Pin 1 is shield or camera ground.
Pin 2 is white and it goes to video out or the + video
Pin 3 is green audio ground.
Pin 4 is red audio out.
Pin 5 is black ground.
pin 6 is white power.

I am not sure of the colors, it has been quite a while since I did this. But here are some pictures of a schematic and you will notice that the schematic is in a round circle the same way the picture of the circuit board is. Strip the black wire back and you can wire up the power to 12v and the video signal can go directly to the monitor. Here is what I used for a monitor. I found this monitor system and video on all the time is a much superior arrangement for situation awareness and safety.

There is more information on the Tiffin owners forum. Look for the upgrades post. It is the first or second post.

Modifications to 2015 37 PA Allegro Red
1) installed Allegro Bus wood vent cover over fantastic vent fan located in front of Coach. Ordered from Tiffin. Easy install 15 minutes
2)installed 5" Chrome exhaust tip over standard stainless tip. Need 4 inch to 5inch exhaust tip double walled. Never gets hot and easy install 15 minutes. Purchased Gibson tip online
3)Upgraded back sticker of coach to 2016 model T with Tiffin under. easy install 15 minutes
4)Replaced cheap plastic paper towel holder in outside compartment with all stainless holder. Less than $10 and easy install 15 minutes
5)Put second knob on screen door for indoor and outdoor easy close on plexiglass. Easy install 15 minutes. Have no idea why Tiffin does not do this. Total cost $5.00
6) Drilled hole in kitchen counter top to install soap dispenser at kitchen sink. Easy install
about 15 minutes but need special 1" hole cutting drill for counter top about $35 at ACE Hardware. Pick your own soap dispenser. I chose a Delta model $23
7)Installed LED lights(battery operated) under both the bathroom & kitchen sinks, over the washer dryer(ceiling mounted) and under the cabinet by the window in the bedroom. Easy install each light a few minutes.
8)installed hangers in outside compartment to hold both the water hose and the TV cable
9)had solar panel and 2 compartment slides installed by dealer (0ne full width and one 1/2 width so not to interfere with central vacuum..Holds my road bike
10)Upgraded front headlights to Sylvania for better visibility at night
11)Saved the best for last! Found a place to hang the central vacuum (CV) hose and attachments!! We call the CV the "Anaconda" because of it look and length! Anyway, in the 37PA there are 2 hinged doors on the lower wall to the left of the TV right above your CV outlet in the kitchen hallway. These provide access to the shower, TV & fireplace..a perfect place to store your "Anaconda". Simply install 2 hooks, one on each door to hang your hose and attachment bag. Larger hook for the hose. Hang the hose on the 1st door "closest to the front of the coach" and purchase 2 magnetic push to open and close door catches so you don't have purchase knobs which will stick out in the hall way. Allow 30 minutes for installation as their is some adjustment to have the doors open and close properly. You'll have the perfect discrete place to store the "Anaconda" !!
11) Installed safe in bedroom closet left side easy installed 15 minutes
12) installed shoe rack in bedroom closet along the raised lip. 30 minute install. Never enough room for the wife shoes

Nice. Can you provide specifics and source for the lights and switches? Thanks.

Could you please take a picture of the plexiglass/door? I love to have more nature light to come in especially when it rains.

Thank you.
