HI! We're in a 2015 Breeze 32. The dash AC works intermittently. We've had it at the shop and they can't seem to fix it (3rd time). What could cause to work, then completely stop, then complete work? Thanks for your help!

Bad hi/low pressure switch or loose wiring plug on back of a/c compressor.
Does you coach have a circuit panel like this . Photo
If it does you need to check the application of the " 12 volt self re-setting circuit
breakers " one could be for HVAC system and either be intermittently overloading ; due to high draw somewhere in the circuit ; or tripping below it's rated capacity and be in need of replacement .

Thanks for the suggestions guys, Skip & Craig! We've looked at these, but no joy :( but here's more of the symptoms.
When we start the coach diesel (driving) engine, and sit still parked, the Dash Air Conditioner blows cold 50F air. When we drive 45MPH, the air slowly gets hotter, and after 5 minutes, it's blowing warm air of 75F. When we drive 55MPH for 5 minutes, it blows 80F air. At 65MPH 85F very hot air. When we stop at a red light, it starts getting cooler to 80F, a very long red light maybe 75F, but never cooler than that. If we sit in a parking lot, after 30 minutes it will eventually cool down to 50F.
Is this maybe a loss of vacuum issue? Or a damper control issue, and it not fully closing off hot air?
We've had this in for Dash AC service 4 times, and they keep fixing the wrong thing and the bill is over $800 so far. They have replaced 30A fuses, some control module, and also wired a relay and direct line of power to the fan blowing over the condenser in case it was shutting off and the condenser freezing up, and the high/low-pressure limiter/switch turning the AC compresser off.

Hi sir, what about the blend door controlling the heat and a/c to your dash. Could be vacuum related. Something to look into, hope this helps
Is the unit getting too cold? We had something like this happen. In our case, it ended up being the system would freeze up and not be able to flow thru the condenser. The engine cooling fan was programmed to come on when the engine was hot, so if the engine was at the right temp, the fan didn't turn on. That meant there was no air flowing thru the condenser. System froze up.
At idle, our fan is programmed to always come on. So, the would explain why it starts to cool at a light.
This is on a 2014 Tiffin Allegro Bus 37AP. I spoke to Gary Harris at Tiffin, and he wasn't aware of this being an issue. However, after they put a relay in to turn the fan on whenever the AC is on, it solved the issue.

Sounds plausible to me sir, also could be a bad expansion valve or clogged evaporator as well. So important to be able to look at a set of gauges when driving down the road so you can actually see what is going on with the a/c

True. We had already replaced or verified that wasn't the issue.
As previously suggested, the problem has the classic description of the heater control valve not shutting off allowing hot coolant to circulate through the heater all the time. Try taking a small pair of vice grip pliers and clamping off the inlet heater hose where it goes into the the heater housing. Then take it for a test drive and see if the AC stays cold.
we have 2019 bus with similar problem. not sure what system you have, ours is NIppondenso. at idle it blows strong cold air, while driving, the air fades away. tiffin aware
of it but dont have a fix. if i put on recirculation, then the system works as should. i suspect air turbulence in the gen. bay
