2016 31sa jack will work with auto switch. Front will work on manual but rear will not . Any ideal why

what brand of jacks do you have. download a service manual for your system from the mfg website. this is a great tool to help with diagnostics. no matter the brand.

You have HWH jacks, most likely the 625 model.

I would remove the switch pad and make sure that the connector is fully seated. If that doesn't fix it, it could be the control board. Look in your big blue book for the HWH manual. If you can't find it, use the the HWH website to find your manual.

I had the same issue, I thought, but it turns out that I was pushing the "down" arrow which is "retract". Just suggesting the simplest possibility....

I agree with Dave. Make sure you are pushing the correct button. The layout can be confusing.
