I love the floorplan on the Allegro Bus 35CP (same floorplan, but new this year is the Phaeton 35CH). If you experienced Tiffin owners could help me answer some questions, I would really appreciate it.
1. I understand that the Tiffin RV Co sold to Thor in the last couple of years. How has that effected quality, support, or anything else that is customer facing?
2. Is the difference between the Allegro Bus and Phaeton worth the money, for the same floorplan?
3. I saw a post that recommended 3 dealers in the US that were the "go to" Tiffin dealers. Ingram RV in Alabama, Davis RV in Tennessee, and Sherman RV in Mississippi. It appears that at least 2 of those have been sold to Great American RV Superstores. So who are the recommended Tiffin Dealers in 2023?
4. We also looked at and liked Fleetwood Discovery. Any thoughts on Fleetwood vs. Tiffin?
Thanks for any advice!

We loved the 35CP floor plan as well and in May of 2022 traded a 2014 Phaeton QBH that we bought new for one. It's been a Nightmare too much to list here. This coach would be better as a quad slide like the 40IP & 40IH. I suggest you look very carefully at how Tiffin is throwing product together these days. People say well you got a lemon. I can tell you we have spent so much time at Lazydays in Tampa (don't buy there) getting lots of major things sorted out, that we've crawled through all the stock and observed the same defects across their whole product line. Our coach was finally picked up by Tiffin and taken back to Red Bay where they worked on it for 2 months before returning it to us. It came back Engine still leaking oil, power window still not operational, the theater seating that they claimed to have installed not done. For years people told us that Tiffin's Power Glide Chassis is superior to Freightliner. Maybe once but not now, so many issues. One recent heart stopper going through the hills of Tennessee the dash went dead along with the camera displays. I am actually typing this from Red Bay Acres we start in the repair bays on Monday. Maybe things will improve when Freightliner takes over making all their chassis's in January 2024. Tiffin is not the company it was back in 2014. It's about time people take off the blinders.
