Kitchen Slide Out Problem

I have a 2014 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 34 TGA and have a kitchen slide out problem. One side moves in and out while the other side is stuck. I have tried to reset the module in the cargo bay but that does not help. In order to get to the slide out motors which are on each side of the slide at the top. What is the best / easiest way to get to these motors? Should I try and get to them from inside the coach or go from the exterior? I need to determine if the power wire to the motor has been disconnected. Any help would be great.

I have the Lippert (Schwintek) electric slides. I get to mine from the inside. It is the only way I can get to my motors.

Wow these are nice to have. Thanks. I'll be saving these for sure. Hope I never need them, but with all of the electric slide issues being posted, it is only a matter of time I suppose.

The manual is also a nice to have for those that like more details. It even has the part numbers. However, it is too big to post here. I found it by searching "schwintek slide manual". If PM me with your email.

If it’s a schwintek, you access the screw holding the motor from the outside and remove the motor from the inside usually requiring removal of the trim if it’s close to a wall. The biggest fault of the motor is the hall sensor mounted on top of the motor which you have to buy the whole motor to fix. The motors come in 2 different gear ratios, so make sure to replace with the right one. Black top is 300:1. Here is a motor that works just fine when I bypassed the sensor.
