Koni EVO shocks
My 2022 40IP came from the factory with Koni FSD front shocks. The rebound control is anemic. Has anyone replaced the FSDs on the front with EVOs?

I replaced mine with EVOs last August. Noticeably less purposing when going over bumps and undulations in the road. Well worth the change from my experience. I had 43,000 miles on the original shocks when I made the change.

Thanks for the positive review on the EVOs. I just got two in for the front of our IH and will install as soon as the weather improves. With 60k miles on the coach, it's time to change.

I ordered them from Ultra RV Products at $265 each. I contacted them to confirm the proper one for the ZF IFS suspension and they said the 99B-3262 is the correct one.

Lt. Dan. Please post the results of the ride after your install. Thanks Stanley

I just finished installing the Evos. Took a couple of hours. The hardest part is accessing the top of the shocks. Had to buy a 15/16 ratcheting wrench.
Will be driving 270 miles tomorrow. I will know about the 15 mile mark when I cross the Dames Point bridge in Jacksonville if the Evos have the rebound control I am looking for.

First impression is very positive.
The Evos have much more rebound control without sacrificing any ride comfort. The coach also seems much more settled taking a corner.

I have driven 1,000 miles since installing the EVOs.
I would definitely recommend this upgrade. Not much money in RV terms. Easy to install. And, they work great.

My best upgrade of all time was the CHF brackets, second was the Koni shocks and third was getting rid of the L-shaped sofa.
