Had that happen a couple of times, remove the cushion and put your hand down to follow the cable to the latch. Then pick up the metal tab of the latch and the couch will roll out. At least that was what I did and it worked. Hope your does too.

Thanks. I did remove the cushions and still couldn’t reach the rear latch… my arm is just too big to get in there. Feels like the problem is the front latch. I can’t see it or see how to get to it.
Where are you located? If in a rv park maybe stopping and talking to another Tiffin owner might be able to help? Or take a nice trip to Prescott and I will give you a hand (Big Grin)...

Not sure if this is helpful or not since you may already be doing this but. Before you pull the lever to release the L section push into it. This will make it release much easier since there is no tension on the latch you are releasing.
