Leaking '20 Bus 37AP Toll Window

I was in Red Bay a few weeks ago and while they solved about 95% of the leak, I'm still getting some water coming in from the rear top curved part of the window.

I got mixed answers as to whether they sealed the window with black silicone caulking or the black material used to seal the windshield as I saw the techs using both over two days after rain indicated it wasn't perfectly sealed after the first day's resealing.

Any suggestions on what I need to use to solve the problem for good?

They need to remove the window, make sure the opening is correct and window is not warped and reinstall it with the proper butyl sealant.

The toll window on my 2020 AB 40IP leaked too. Water would run down the inside of the window. Had it at Tiffin Red Bay service two times for this problem. They just kept adding sealant along the top of the window. So far it seems to have stopped the leak now after a month.

Paul/Lakefront,
Our 19’ Bus was leasing exactly like yours! Thought Lakefront got into my photo bank, LOL.

I found my leak by taking the garden hose on a dry day with low water pressure and ran around all the body seams “above” the side window. Wife inside the coach we found out the black Sika 221 sealant that was painted over but was not sealed well from the factory.

The water traveled down and entered the top corner of the window but it was actually running down from the top seal where the sidewall was seamed together.

I’ll dig for a photo where I taped off this winter.

Resealed the top and eliminated the leak.

Thanks everyone! Great suggestions to get started once it stops raining around here. Last question, what sealant work bests and would you use a different sealant depending on where I found the leak?

Tiffin recommends and uses Sika 221 for the seams. It comes in black and white.
