LED Light Cover Issue

We went to our storage area to pick up the coach this afternoon in preparation for a trip. When I opened the door, there was an LED glass cover on the inside steps. It came out of the light immediately above. As I walked back through the coach, there were two more that had fallen out in the middle and both broke when they hit the tile floor. Also, one of the overhead vent covers was laying on the floor. When I got the coach home I checked the light covers above slideouts and found another cover laying on the top of a slideout. I am totally confused. It appears that the light covers go into the fixture and turn to keep in place.

Has anyone else had such a problem? I can't see how this could have happened. It has been in storage for a month and we had a tornado touch down a short distance from our storage yard as well as some large hail. There is no signs of any hail or storm damage on the roof, and even so I can't see how that could have created the problem.

Any suggestions?

So8nds like there was a whole lot of shaking going on in your coach. The covers were probably ready to fall and the tornado nearby shook the coach just enough to make them fall. My guess they had vibrated loose from normal shaking while driving down the road.
