Location of flush to black tank

I'm taking apart the water bay for a couple reasons and thought it would allow me to get to the valve that attaches to the tank. Wrong. I can trace the water line from the wet bay to the valve under the half bath sink, and see the water line from the valve and all I can tell is that it seems to go over the top of the black tank.

Any help would be appreciated. I think it is plugged and I want to clean it out.

The cleanout sprayer (see photo) will be on the passenger side behind the panel that does not open. Your Bus tanks will look different, but the sprayer will be the same. There will be four screws on each side of the panel. Use a thin phillips screwdriver on the rearmost ones and put some masking tape to protect the paint. The panel is not heavy, but is best managed with two people.
