Looking at 2007 40QSP,What to look for?????

We are looking at a 2007 Alegro Bus 40',QSP, Allison 6 sp. and Sparton chassis with 38,400 miles. Unit is at a Seffner Florida dealer, (LD). Unit appears very clean and straight. Has hydra-hot and in motion sat. Michelin rubber looks good.
We are going back tomorrow to road test the unit. Any inside information would be greatly appreciated. Any special quirks or weak links to look for.

This is not our first coach and feel comfortable in checking the usuals but hope someone could help us with something specific with this model.

I just found your post. We have the 07 40QSP and absolutely love it. The only thorn in our side was the Norcold fridge which is on recall now by the way. We just last week had ours changed out to a Residential Refrigerator and now would never go back to a Norcold again!
We have not had any major issues with ours. Our coach has the Freightliner chassis.
How did you like it?

I'm surpised that the 40QSP is on a Spartan chassis. I thought they were all Freightliner like ours. Check the Norcold recall and, if it is a Freightliner, the steering gearbox recall.
