Looking for my previous owner Allegro 26ia CA or AZ

Hello Everyone.
This is only my second topic. I recently (July 2016) purchased a 2003 Allegro 26ia from a dealer.
I'm happy with the purchase. I didn't get an amazing deal but I think it's a fair deal. My wife and I love the MH and the floor plan. As I'm sure many people can understand, I'd like to talk with the previous owner to ask a few questions. Just to find out what's been done to it.
I've asked the dealer to please contact them and ask them if they would call me. The dealer said they would try but they are not really motivated to help me.
1. Does anyone know of a way to find them? (CarFax does not ID the previous owners)
2. Is it against forum rules to post a vin# or Lic # here to see if someone recognizes it as theirs?
The dealer said they traded it in to purchase a new Tiffin. So I think my chances of finding the owner on this forum might be pretty good. I can hope!!
It's a California MH and plates but was previously registered in AZ. Looks like the last registration was at the Lakewood, CA DMV
I appreciate any thoughts. Thanks.

By the way, I tried Carfax and no luck.

Good luck in your search! As luck would have it - the previous owners of our coach happened to be spending the night on the dealer lot while having something installed on the new American Coach they purchased while we were overnighting on the lot as we took delivery of their "trade-in". Getting the previous owners' feedback was very helpful!
